GENERAL
Prices are an estimate given my current ability to draw characters. Prices are individually negotiated with clients on account of character design and pose complexity. Always expect to pay bare minimum the listed price.
 
Any additional characters in any given drawing start at two-thirds of the original price for said character type, and can be more expensive depending on complexity. You do not get to choose what character is the base price.
 
 
Example: If you bring me a Mecha character and a Furry, I will charge the Mecha as the base and the Furry as the extra, as Mecha takes more time and work than a Furry.
 
 
Backgrounds will be solid colors or patterns unless discussed otherwise beforehand, and will be charged based on an agreed price between myself and the customer unless it is a Scene. Prices will then be discussed on a case by case basis.
 
PAYMENTS
All payments will be made through VGen, Venmo, or Paypal. Venmo is preferred.
 
REVISIONS
You get 2 major revisions and 3 minor revisions per commission, should you need more, we can discuss, but be warned it may cost you. Please refrain from separating revisions, when I ask you if it looks okay, give me everything I need to change, this will not be using any of your revisions, as it is me checking in on how happy you are with it so far. Revisions count when you are asking me outside of said windows. A major revision is anything from a pose change to a character change. Minor revisions may be changing a color, the pose of one hand, or if an eye is opened or closed, not anything requiring me to change a lot of the piece.
 
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Crunch deadlines will cost more than normal deadlines, though you can expect around a two week finish at most unless outside circumstances apply, in which I will communicate with you about if you wish to be refunded or keep the commission.
 
USE
Personal use is fine, though I would like to be credited if it is posted. Please do not claim my art as your own. Please do not modify my art by drawing over it. You retain the right to ask me for any Revisions during the commission process and changes will be provided without question.
 
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Once my art is in your hands, you can use it for whatever you want, be it merchandise or icons for a website, I just ask for credit somewhere, or if asked.
 
REFUNDS
Once the final art has been send you may not ask for a refund. Refunds will only be given if the art is not complete and no Works In Progress have been sent, or I refund you myself due to outside circumstances. Should you desperately want a refund, we may be able to work something out, but you may NOT use the art should you get your money back.
 
COMMUNICATION
Communication will happen through discord (Majixian) or VGEN.
